Water Feature Pump FAQs
The price varies depending on:
- The location of the site
- Whether we can fix the problem on-site or we have to remove the pump
- The type of pump
Do not hesitate to call us if your sewage pump fails, as we can provide you with guidance over the phone, too.
Reduced flow is usually caused by a clogged intake screen or debris in the impeller. For features in high-debris areas, we recommend a Solids Handling pump upgrade, which is designed to pass small particles without clogging.
Air locks are common after the pump has been out of the water for cleaning or storage. Never run the pump dry while testing. Even a few minutes without water can melt the internal seals, leading to a permanent failure.
