Fixed maintenance contracts – In addition to our reactive emergency call out service, we can offer a preventive maintenance service for your facility – consisting of regular agreed visits to your site to extend the life of your pumping systems and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdown.

Emergency repair callout – As part of our facilities management service, we offer nationwide emergency pump breakdown callout 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Our emergency callout service covers all types of pumping system including: sewage pump, submersible pump, booster pump, borehole pump and well pump.
Large stock of pumps and spares – We hold stock to a huge range of pumping systems and spare parts from leading brands such as Grundfos, DAB, Lowara, ABS, Flygt and more. Mawdsleys is an experienced water hygiene service provider with a vast experience and knowledge working in the facilities management sector. We provide cover for a wide range of commercial and public sector building including government buildings, blocks of flats and offices.
Our services are designed to keep occupants safe from unclean water and provide peace of mind and compliance to building managers, our services include:
Chlorination – Chlorination is an essential process in ensuring that water is fit for human consumption on its delivery, this process is also important as part of an ongoing water hygiene control regime that those responsible for a water system are legally obliged to have.
Water Filtration – Mawdsleys Pumps can carry out complete water filtration solution including taking water samples, analysing water and filtering to the appropriate level of filtration. For existing systems, we can offer a full service on a six monthly or annual basis.
Legionella Risk Assessments – Legionella disease can grow in any place where water is present. As the person responsible for the building, you are also responsible for the control of legionella in your water system. We provide a full Legionella risk assessment to cover all aspects of your hot and cold water systems.
UKAS Testing – We are able to take samples for Legionella, e-Coli, Coliforms and more. All of our water test samples are sent to a UKAS Accredited Laboratory.
